In the Kitchen during Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Do you want to bake something special during Breast Cancer Awareness Month?

I saw a $1.00 discount coupon in the newspaper for Reynold’s parchment paper. If you purchased one each of Reynold’s parchment paper, Reynold’s baking cups and Reynold’s wrap foil, you could receive a free pink serving tray with a pink ribbon on it and a ribbon cookie cutter.

However, you would have to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling and wait 6-8 weeks for the tray and cookie cutter to arrive.

Perhaps you would like to prepare something without baking and without waiting 6-8 weeks for the tray and ribbon cookie cutter.

Why not form fresh fruit or vegetables in the shape of a ribbon or serve pink lemonade?

Maybe you could serve a snack or a meal on pink paper plates and use pink napkins.

As you sit down for your snack or meal, remember to thank God for those who have survived breast cancer and have a moment of silence in memory of those who passed away from breast cancer.
